Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Rubiae Radix Et Rhizoma. Method: The analysis was carried out with Hanbon Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 nm
5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A)
0.1‰-trifluoroacetic acid (B)
elution for 0-30 min. A was 10%-25% for 30-35 min. A was 25%-50% for 35-55 min. A was 50%-65% for 55-70 min. A was 65%-95% for 70-75 min. A was 90%-10%. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Wavelength was 240 nm and temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The 15 common peaks had been marked and the similarity of 10 batches of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was 0.824-0.989 which was analyzed with the Estimating System of Simlarity of 2004A Version (the Country's Pharmacopeia Committee) on the Chinese Medicine Fingerprint Chromatography.The fingerprint chromatography of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was estabilished. Conclusion: The method can be used in quality control of Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma with accuracy and better repeatability.
