摘要

目的: 探讨钩藤方60%乙醇提取物对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用以及对其血清中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素(AngⅡ)含量的影响。方法: 将SHR大鼠随机分为5组

空白对照组、钩藤方提取物高、中、低剂量组(1.5

0.5 g·kg-1)。每周测大鼠尾动脉压

给药6周后处死大鼠

测定血清中NO

ET和AngⅡ的含量。结果: 钩藤方提取物明显降低SHR大鼠的血压

同时能显著增加大鼠血清N0含量

降低大鼠血清ET的含量

但是对AngⅡ含量未见明显影响。结论: 钩藤方提取物可能通过降低血清中ET含量和升高NO含量来发挥对SHR大鼠的降压效应。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the hypotensive effects and mechanisms of the alcohol extract from Gouteng prescription. Method: Thirty spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were randomly divided into five groups

middle

low dosage group of the alcohol extract and captopril group

six rats in each group. Tail blood pressure was measured every week. Rats were sacrificed to determine serum(NO)

AngⅡ after six weeks of treatment. Result: The alcohol extract from Gouteng prescription significantly lowered the blood pressure of rats

meanwhile significantly increased NO content

decreased markedly the content of ET

but it could not decrease AngⅡ. Conclusion: Alcohol extract from Gouteng prescription had significant hypotensive effect in SHR and its mechamsim may relate to increasing NO content and reducing ET level.
