摘要

目的: 基于中医传承辅助系统软件

挖掘《中医方剂大辞典》中收载的治疗水肿方剂的组方规律。方法: 将《中医方剂大辞典》中主治水肿的方剂录入中医传承辅助系统

采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法

分析水肿方剂的组方规律。结果: 对筛选出的742首治疗水肿方剂的分析

确定处方中药物出现的频次

演化得到核心组合64个

新处方32个。结论: 中医传承辅助系统是一个有价值的方剂用药规律分析辅助工具。

Abstract

Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for edema collected in 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉. Method: Collect the prescriptions used for edema in 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉

then enter them into the TCM inheritance system

by using revised mutual information

complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster to analyze composing principles. Result: Based on the analysis of 742 cases of prescriptions

the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed

64 core combinations and 32 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used to enter

administrate

search and analyze the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.
