Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous determining aloe emodin
rhein
emodin
chrysophanol and physcion in Siji Sanghuang tablets. Method: The method was conducted on Agela Venusil XBP-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 226 nm. Result: The linear ranges of aloe-emodin
