Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of 3'-hydroxy puerarin
puerarin
3'-methoxy puerarin
daidzein-8-c-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin in radix Pueraria lobata. Method: A Zorbax C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used; the mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (25: 75). The detection wavelength was at 250 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Result: The accuracy

sensitivity
specificity and linearity of this method met the requirements. The method was applied to 12 batches of radix Pueraria lobata. Conclusion: The method is rapid
simple and accurate
which can be used in the quality control in radix Pueraria lobata.
