摘要

目的: 建立一种青天葵药材中总黄酮含量测定的方法

并考察14批青天葵药材中总黄酮的含量。方法: 以芦丁为对照品

AlCl3-HAc-NaAc(pH 5.5)为显色体系

采用紫外分光光度法于最大吸收波长405 nm处测定。结果: 芦丁在7.28~30.80 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r=1.000)

总黄酮平均回收率为100.73%

RSD 1.92%。14批青天葵药材中

总黄酮含量范围为1.25%~3.12%。结论: 该方法操作简便、快速、准确、稳定可靠

可用于青天葵药材中总黄酮的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: A method for the quality control of Nervilia fordii was developed

and the quality of 14 batches of N. fordii purchased from different markets was investigated. Method: Rutin and AlCl3-HAc-NaAc(pH 5.5)system were employed as reference substance and chromogenic reagent

respectively

the total flavonoids of N. fordii were measured by UV spectrophotometry at the 405 nm. Result: The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 0.007 28-0.030 8 g·L-1(r=1.000). The average recovery was 99.78％ (RSD 1.94％). The range of the amount of the total flavonoids of 14 batches of N. fordii was 1.25%-3.12%. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple

quick

accurated

stable and reliable

and it could be used to determine the total flavonoids of N. fordii.
