目的: 研究麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍前后水煎液中有效成分含量的变化
探讨两药的配伍规律。 方法: 采用GC-MS测定水煎液中盐酸去甲基伪麻黄碱(NMP)、盐酸去甲基麻黄碱(NME)、盐酸麻黄碱(E)、盐酸伪麻黄碱(PE)、盐酸甲基麻黄碱(ME)的煎出量;采用HPLC测定水煎液中香豆素、桂皮醇和桂皮醛的煎出量。 结果: 与单煎液相比
麻黄与桂枝配伍后
随着配伍药材比例增大
水煎液中以上各有效成分含量均有不同程度的降低
5种麻黄生物碱含量下降幅度在15%~42%
香豆素、桂皮醇、桂皮醛的含量下降幅度在16%~57%。 结论: 麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍后
对彼此有效成分的溶出有一定的抑制作用。
