Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of respiratory system emergency by Chuankezhi injection. Method: Eighty-six patients with acute respiratory system

were randomly divided into treatment group and control group

44 cases in treatment group

42 cases in the control group. Control group was received conventional oxygen

antiinflammatory

symptomatic of treatment. The treatment group patients were intramuscularly injected Chuankezhi injections 4 mL·d-1

7 days being a course of treatment. The symptoms and signs

such as asthma

cough

and supporting test results were observed before and after treatment. Result: Total effective rate was 88.64% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group

and obvious difference appeared between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effective was of Chuankezhi injection in respiratory system emergency is significant.
