摘要

目的: 优化HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化肿节风总黄酮的工艺条件和参数。方法: 以肿节风总黄酮含量及回收率等为指标

考察肿节风总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂分离纯化工艺效果及影响因素。结果: 最佳纯化工艺为上样液pH 5.0

总黄酮质量浓度15~20 g·L-1

上样液和树脂比10∶1

3 BV水洗

3 BV70%乙醇洗脱

得总黄酮纯度大于80%的提取物

总黄酮转移率大于85%。结论: HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂对肿节风总黄酮分离纯化效果较好

适合工业化大生产。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize conditions and parameters of purification and separation technology for total flavonoids from Sarcandra glabra with HPD-600 macroporous resin. Method: By using the content and recovery rate of total flavonoids from S. glabra as indexes

effect and factors of purification and separation technology were investigated. Result: Optimum purification technology was:pH of sample was 5.0

the concentration of total flavonoids was 15-20 g·L-1

proportion of sample solution and resin was 10∶1

eluted with deionized water of 3 BV

eluted with 70% ethanol of 3 BV

purity of total flavonoids from extract was more than 80% and transfer rate was more than 85%. Conclusion: HPD-600 resin had a better purifying effect on total flavonoids from S. glabra

which was suitable for industrial production.
