摘要

目的: 建立茅莓中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法: Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相甲醇-1.0%磷酸溶液(90 :10)

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长210 nm

柱温30 ℃。结果: 齐墩果酸、熊果酸分别在0.136 8~1.368 0

0.212 8~2.218 0 μg线性关系良好

平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.5%(RSD 1.6%)和96.9%(RSD 1.4%)。结论: 方法准确

数据可靠

可用于茅莓中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Rubus parvifolius. Method: The separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) at 30 ℃ using methanol-phosphoric acid solution (90 : 10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1

210 nm as the detection wavelength. Result: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were from 0.136 8 to 1.368 0 μg and 0.212 8 to 2.218 0 μg

respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 97.5%(RSD 1.6%)

96.9% (RSD 1.4%)

respectively. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate

simple and applicable for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in R. parvifolius.
