摘要

目的: 建立测定布渣叶中牡荆苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法: 采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) 柱分离

以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相

柱温为35 ℃

在339 nm处检测。结果: 牡荆苷在88.96~2 224 μg质量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;牡荆苷的平均回收率为98.61%(RSD 1.32%)。广东的布渣叶其牡荆苷含量要比广西的普遍要高

均符合现行版药典规定。结论: 本法操作简便

准确度高

重复性好

可作为布渣叶质量控制方法之一。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining vitexin in Microcos Folium. Method: HPLC determination was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid(30∶70) as mobile phase. The column temperature was at 35 ℃

and detection wavelength was set at 339 nm. Result: Vitexin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 88.96-2 224 μg. The average recovery was 98.61% and RSD was 1.32%. The contents of vitexin in Microcos Folium of Guangdong was higher than that of Guangxi. Microcos Folium of Guangdong was all in line with the standards stated in current pharmacopeia. Conclusion: The method is quick

simple and reproducible

which can be used to control the quality of Microcos Folium.
