Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) for sim ultaneous determination of piperine and piperlongumine in Piper longum. Method :Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used to separate the analytes using a mode with a mobile phase consisting of water with 0.25% formic acid (35) and methyl alcohol (65) at a flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1 and an operating column temperature of 40 ℃.
