Objective: To optimize extraction technology of decoction from Atractylodis macrocephalae
and at this basis researched effect of processing with soil on the content and extracting rate of effective constituents. Method: L9(3)4 orthogonal method was employed to optimize extracted technology by using the content in composite score of soluble sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ
Ⅱ
Ⅲ as indexes. And respectively prepared decoction from raw A. macrocephalae、fried A. macrocephalae and soil-fried A. macrocephalae by this optimum extraction conditions
then compared the content and extracting rate of total sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ
Ⅱ
Ⅲ in standard decoction of each processed A. macrocephalae. Result: Optimum extraction process was:boiled 3 times with 14 times amount of water
1 hour each time. The content of soluble sugar and atractylenolide Ⅰ
Ⅱ
Ⅲ were significantly increased in these processed products. There was significant difference between raw product and processed product. The content of soluble sugar in soil-fried product were significantly higher than that in fried product. Conclusion: It showed that being heated with soil could beneficial to boiling chemical composition.
