Objective: Microscopic identification characteristics research on Lotus corniculatus was performed to provide a reference for identification
utilization and quality standard of L. corniculatus. Method: Microscopic identification of the transaction and powder characteristic in roots
stems and leaves of L. corniculatus was studied. Result: There are primary rays in the root and fibers in the phloem; the rays of stem are broad
the pith also broad and as a cavity; palisade tissue of leaf through primary vein. There are many brown pieces in the powder. Conclusion: Those characteristics are microscopic identification significances
and it can be a reference for the identification of L. corniculatus.
