Objective: To optimize preparation technology of Bazhen Yizhi granule. Method: Using extraction rate of total polysaccharide and yield of extracts as the index

wetting agent was 90% ethanol

extraction powder-accessories was 1:0.3

2.0% flavoring agent was added. Conclusion: This technology was stable and feasible

it could be suitable for preparation of Bazhen Yizhi granule.
