摘要

目的: 观察《金匮要略》经方组合对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响

从经方中探索临床有效治疗高脂血症的方法。方法: 将60只SD大鼠成功造成高脂血症模型后

随机分为模型组、脂必妥组、金匮方1组(泽泻汤加茵陈蒿汤)和金匮方2组(泽泻汤加大黄蛰虫丸)

每组15只

并设正常对照组

观察大鼠血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及血液流变学各项指标。结果: 金匮方1组和金匮方2组能明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC

TG水平(P<0.05)

还能有效改善血液流变学多项指标(P<0.05)

与脂必妥作用相当。结论: 金匮方1组、金匮方2组能有效降低高脂血症大鼠的血脂及改善血液流变性

为治疗高脂血症经方的组合提供了思路。

Abstract

Objective: To observe effects of combined prescriptions of Golden Cabinet on blood lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipedemia model rats. Method: Sixty SD rats were made hyperlipidemia models

divided them into model group

No.1 group of Golden Cabinet

No.2 group of Golden Cabinet

and the Sulfasalazine Tablets(SASP) group randomly and equally. TC

TG and hemorheological parameters were observed. Result: The levels of TC

TG of No.1 and No.2 group of Golden Cabinet were decreased significantly(P<0.05)

and the parameters of hemorheology showed some degree of improvement(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined prescriptions for Golden Cabinet can effectively adjust lipid metabolic disorder and improve hemorheological parameters in hyperlipedemia rats.
