degree of ear swelling and bowel movements from four extraction technology lines for Zhipufang(① water boiling.②65% ethanol precipitation after water extraction.③ 65% ethanol extraction. ④Magnolia officinalis and Salvia miltiorrhiza 65% ethanol extraction

then water extraction with rest drugs). Result: Technology route ① of Zhipufang had significantly inhibited to pain which caused by thermal stimulation in mice

had significantly inhibited to xylene-induced ear swelling in mice

had significantly role in promoting to bowel movements in mice. Conclusion: Extraction method of Zhipufang water decoction was simple

convenient

it could be used as extraction technology for Zhipufang.
