Objective: To optimize ultrahigh pressure extraction (UPE) technology of salidroside from Rhodiola crenulata by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: Central composite design was adopted for getting optimal ultrahigh pressure technique parameters
and compared with conventional extraction’s(reflux extraction
ultrasonic extraction
microwave extraction). Result: Optimal technology conditions of UPE for salidroside from R. crenulata were: solvent was 73.3% ethanol
ratio of solvent to material (mL:g) was 29.5
extraction pressure was 255.5 mPa
extracted 1 time with 2 min. Using this extracting process
extraction yield of salidroside was 9.29 mg ·g-1. It was 31.6% higher than reflux extraction
20.3% to ultrasonic extraction and 9.7% to microwave extraction. Conclusion: As a novel extraction technology of Chinese herbal medicine
