目的: 对明日叶中的化学成分进行研究。方法: 利用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化;利用IR
NMR和MS等波谱方法对各化合物进行结构鉴定。结果: 从明日叶中分离得到7个化合物
分别鉴定为正二十六烷醇(1)
胡萝卜苷(2)
豆甾醇(3)
槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)
木犀草素-7-鼠李糖葡萄糖苷(5)
木犀草素-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(6)和steviol-l3-O-β-glucopyranoside 19-β-glucopyranosyl ester octaacetate(7)。结论: 以上的7个化合物在明日叶中属首次发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Angelica keiskei. Method: The constituents of A. keiskei were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis such as IR
1H-NMR
13C-NMR and MS. Result: Seven compounds were obtained by separation and purification
they were identified as 1-cerotol(1)
daucosterol(2)
stigmasterol(3)
quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside(4)
luteolin-7-rhamno-glucoside (5)
luteolin-7-O-α-D-glucpyranoside(6) and steviol-l3-O-β-glucopyranoside 19-β-glucopyranosyl ester octaacetate(7). Conclusion: The seven compounds were first isolated from A. keiskei.
