目的: 探讨黄酮类化合物槲皮素对尿酸钠致急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠踝关节肿胀度的影响
对大鼠血清、肝脏和滑膜中炎症因子和抗氧化活性的影响。 方法: 雄性SD大鼠48只
体重(200±20)g
随机分为6组
每组8只。分别为空白对照组
模型对照组
吲哚美辛(3.0 mg·kg-1)组和槲皮素(100

连续7 d。第5天给药后1 h采用大鼠右后肢踝关节腔内注射注入3.0%尿酸钠溶液100 μL制备急性痛风性关节炎模型

酶联免疫吸附法、比色法等测定大鼠血清、肝脏和滑膜中炎症因子:白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β
IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素(prostaglandin E2
PGE2)含量、脂质过氧化终产物:丙二醛(malondialdehyde
MDA)水平和抗氧化酶:超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase
SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase
CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase
GSH-Px)活性。 结果: 槲皮素能够显著抑制痛风性关节炎大鼠踝关节肿胀度

Objective: To investigate the effects of the flavonoid quercetin on monosodium urate(MSU) crystal-induced inflammation in rats
as well as the swelling of joint
