The injections in therapying cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases took the most (account for 60%). Conclution:Timely reporting of traditional Chinese medicine preparation-induced ADRs

awareness on ADR monitoring should be strengthened to ensure safe and effective in the clinic.
