2011. Result: National medicine enterprise patent application was uneven in recent years

the patent application increased slowly; part of the flagship products had high patent quality and large invention patent ratio; national medicine industry development was inseparable from the protection of intellectual property rights especially patent. Conclusion: Intellectual property protection

particularly the patent system plays a pivotal role in the development of the 'folk medicine’

its manufacturers need to enhance awareness of the patent application

make full use of the patent protection system

focusing on patent strategy and patent structure type

take the '12.5’ intellectual property policy advantages to develop into a chain

and enhance the economic strength

so as to make contributions for national medicine going the world.
