Objective: To establish a microwave-assisted extraction method for the extraction of imperatorin from Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.) . Comparison of the determination of imperatorin from A. dahurica between microwave-assisted extraction and Chinese pharmacopeia method was carried out. Method: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (55 ∶45). The temperature of column was at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 300 nm. Result: Microwave extractive time was 10 min
the temperature was at 80 ℃
the extraction solvent was ethanol. The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.01 to 0.2 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.48% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid
as well as precise and reliable
and can be used for the determination of imperatorin from A. dahurica.
