摘要

目的: 研究红景天口服液对氢化可的松致小鼠阳虚模型动物的保护作用。方法: 雄性昆明种小鼠50只

按体重随机分为5组

每组10只

空白对照组、模型对照组、男宝胶囊组、红景天低、高剂量组。im氢化可的松25 mg ·kg-1每天1次

连续给药5 d建立小鼠阳虚模型。造模后ig给予生理盐水(空白对照、模型对照)、男宝胶囊2.0 g ·kg-1、红景天口服液低、高(2.48

24.80 g ·kg-1)剂量

连续7 d

每天2次。观察动物的体重、性器官、附性器官和免疫器官质量系数的变化

测定自主活动次数、体温和低温游泳时间等指标。结果: 造模动物的体重、活动次数、体温、低温游泳时间、胸腺和附性器官指数较空白对照组有明显的下降(P<0.01);ig红景天口服液后

体重、体温、胸腺和附性器官指数较模型对照组有明显的增加(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论: 红景天口服液对于im氢化可的松致阳虚小鼠动物模型可能具有抗应激作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the protective effect of Rhodiola crenulate oral liquid (RCOL) on Yang deficiency induced by hydrocortisone in rats. Method: Fifty Kunming male mice were randomly divided in 5 groups with 10 mice each group. The mouse model of Yang deficiency was induced by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone (25 mg ·kg-1) for 5 days. On the fifth day of administration
