目的: 建立大鼠实验性高脂血症模型
观察香青兰石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。 方法: 采用脂肪乳剂ig制备高脂血症大鼠模型
给药10周后观察香青兰不同提取物对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)以及肝组织内SOD
MDA水平的影响;光镜观察大鼠肝组织脂肪变性程度。 结果: 与模型组比较
香青兰石油醚提取物显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TG

Objective: To observe the effect of Dracocephalum moldavica petroleum ether extract and ethyl acetate extract on hyperlipidemia. Method: The rat hyperlipidemia model was established by administration of high rat emulsion. The following indexes were determined: total cholesterol(TC)
triglyceride (TG)
low density ipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)
high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C)
malondialdehyde (MDA)
superoxide dismutase (SOD)
alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
aspartate aminotransferase (AST)
the malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of hepatic tissue after administration of 10 weeks therapy Light microscope was used to observe the steatosis of hepatic tissue in hyperlipidemia rat. Result: Compared with model group
D. moldavica petroleum ether extract could decrease the serum level of TG

lower the liver homogenate level of MDA (P<0.01). Conclusion: D. moldavica extract can regulate lipid metabolism disorders and reduce the incidence of fatty liver and its modulation may be related to its antioxidant capacity.
