对中医药治疗糖尿病的临床证治情况进行整理和介绍。通过对中国知网27篇近期文献进行分析

从病因病机、辨证论治(传统按三消辩证论治;按阴阳气血失调分型论治

脏脏病机分型论治

以主要病邘分型论治等)、专方治疗以及治疗机制等方面对近年来中医药治疗糖尿病的临证认识进行归纳总结。中医药治疗糖尿病必须遵从的根本原则

临床上治疗糖尿病不能拘泥于养阴清热之法

切不可仅见消渴就投以滋阴清热之品

糖尿病程长

并发症多

其病机需以整体观念动态把握

在以燥热、痰湿、瘀血标实为主要矛盾时

应先解决主要矛盾

既要辨病更要辨证。

The paper to sort out and introduce clinical evidence and treatment for the diabetes treated with Chinese medicine(TCM).Through to the 27 papers of cnki
