摘要

目的: 研究茶荚蒾 Viburnum setigerum Hance的化学成分。方法: 利用硅胶色谱、聚酰胺色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱进行分离纯化

通过理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果: 从茶荚蒾中共分离鉴定了9个化合物

分别为蒲公英赛醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ)、β-白檀酮(Ⅲ)、棕榈酸(Ⅳ)、槲皮素(Ⅴ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、蒲公英赛醇(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜素(Ⅸ)。结论: 9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Viburnum setigerum . Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel

polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography

and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral methods. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as taraxerol palmitate(Ⅰ)

β-sitosterol palmitate(Ⅱ)

β-amyrone(Ⅲ)

palmitic acid(Ⅳ)

quercetin(Ⅴ)

oleanolic acid(Ⅵ)

β-sitosterol(Ⅶ)

taraxerol(Ⅷ)and β-daucosterol(Ⅸ). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from V. setigerum for the first time.
