摘要

目的: 探索一种简易、有效、稳定的小鼠体内药物缓释新方法。方法: 用孕酮作为缓释试验药物

对新研制的玻璃-硅胶缓释管在体外和体内的缓释性能进行检测。结果: 玻璃-硅胶缓释管在体外具有匀速稳定缓释药物的性能

在体内可在长时间内有效维持药物在体内的稳定释放。结论: 玻璃-硅胶缓释管为释放速率较快的药物在体内长期和稳定的缓释提供了简易有效的解决方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a simple

effective and stable new method for sustained drug release in mice. Method: A novel drug delivery device (glass-silicone drug delivery device

GSDD) was constructed and drug delivery characteristics of the GSDD was investigated in vivo and in vitro by using progesterone. Result: In vitro experiments showed that GSDD has uniform and stable performance of sustained-release drug. In vivo experiments indicated that GSDD could be effective in a long time to maintain stability of release of drug in mice. Conclusion: GSDD provided a simple and effective method for release quickly drug to release long-time and stable in mice.
