目的: 观察圣愈汤对骨髓抑制小鼠外周血、骨髓细胞周期和凋亡的影响
并探讨其造血调控的可能机制。 方法: 将60只BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、圣愈汤32

每组各10只
除空白组外
其他5组用60Coγ照射和ip注射环磷酰胺、氯霉素制备骨髓抑制小鼠模型。造模完成24 h后
空白组和模型组小鼠ig生理盐水
圣愈汤三剂量组分别按含生药32

给药体积20 mL·kg-1·d-1;阳性组ip rhG-CSF 125 μg·kg-1·d-1
各组均连续给药7 d。用全自动血细胞分析仪、白细胞计数法、流式细胞术(FCM)分别检测圣愈汤对骨髓抑制小鼠外周血、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓细胞周期和凋亡率的影响。 结果: 圣愈汤32
16 g·kg-1·d-1均能明显升高外周血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)和骨髓有核细胞(BMC)数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。模型组、圣愈汤32
16 g·kg-1·d-1组G0/G1期细胞比例分别为(70.38±1.38)%

其机制之一可能是通过促进骨髓造血细胞进入细胞增殖周期和抑制其凋亡。

inhibiting the apoptosis of hemopoietie cells.
