目的: 研究《太平惠民和剂局方》中大量缺乏功效说明古方的功效倾向性。 方法: 以组方药物的各种属性为基础
构建方剂功效属性距离矩阵
通过功效属性距离矩阵计算元组矢量的属性权重
利用平均值法、最陡峭下降法、拉格朗日中值法、信息量法从药物归纳方剂的功效。 结果: 为量化结果比较
利用"准确率"标准评价上述4种方法对《局方》方剂进行属性约减的准确性。通过实验得到上述4种方法的属性约减准确率分别为:61.5%(平均值法)
79.2%(最陡峭下降法)
68.2%(拉格朗日中值法)
70.8%(信息量法)。 结论: 平均值法结果繁杂
最陡峭下降法结果简约
拉格朗日中值法具有较好的折中性
信息量法结果受阈值影响可变动。几种方法可相互参照
相互补充。
Objective: To study the tendency of effects with no descriptions in Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary. Method: Based on the attributes of medicines in formulae

the results of steepest descent method may be simple
the Lagrange mean value method may be a trade-off solution
and the results of information quantity method will be changeable based on thresholds. These methods can cross-refer and complement each other.
