摘要

目的: 研究戊己丸传统汤剂、复方颗粒汤剂与经过分煎制成的中药单味配方颗粒剂的化学成分的差异。方法: 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法

比较戊己丸传统汤剂、复方颗粒汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂三者特征图谱的差别

并通过相似度软件分析两者的相似性。结果: 方法具有较好的精密度和重复性

戊己丸传统汤剂、复方颗粒剂与配方颗粒均识别出27个峰

传统汤剂与复方颗粒汤剂、配方颗粒汤剂相关性分别为0.992

0.956、复方颗粒汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂相关性为0.979。结论: 戊己丸传统汤剂与其复方颗粒剂较为相似

与配方颗粒剂有一定差异

三者的主要化学成分组成基本相同

但共有成分含量差异较大

本法对戊己丸配方和复方颗粒剂在临床的推广以及质量控制提供实验依据。

Abstract

Objective: To study the difference in main chemical composition of Wujiwan decoction prepared with traditional method and processed granules. Method: HPLC was used with comparison aided by similarity evaluation. Result: There were 27 peaks in the chromatogram of the decoction prepared with traditional method and processed granules. The correlation coefficient of HPLC chromatograms between them was 0.992

0.956 and 0.979. Conclusion: The main chemical substances and the composition ratio of the traditional decoction and compound granules of Wujiwan were similar but the content was different. This method support clinical application and quality control.
