the gas flow was at 2.5 L ·min-1. Result: Ilexsaponin A was identified by silica gel TLC from the compound preparation of Chinese materia medica. The linear range of ilexsaponin A was 1.92-9.60 μg (r=0.999 5)

and its average recovery was 99.85% with RSD 1.04%. Conclusion: The methods established are rapid and accurate

and can be used for quality control on Radix Ilicis Pubescentis or its compound preparation.
