摘要

目的: 建立可靠的清热醒脑灵片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用HPLC

Phenomenex Luna C18(2)色谱柱

流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸(58 ∶42

用三乙胺调节pH 3.0)

柱温室温

检测波长280 nm。结果: 黄芩苷的线性范围为22.18~110.92 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9

n=5);平均回收率为101.72%(RSD 1.66%

n=9)。结论: 方法操作简便

专属性、重复性好

可用于清热醒脑灵片的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the contens of baicalin in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet. Method: Using HPLC method with Phenomenex Luna C18(2) column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (58 ∶42

pH adjusted to 3.0 using triethylamine). The column temperature was at room temperature. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: The linear range of baicalin was 22.18-110.92 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9

n=5). The average recovery rate was 101.72%(RSD 1.66%

n=9). Conclusion: The method is selective and reproducible

which can be used for the quality control method of Qingre Xingnaoling tablet.
