The Liquid Chromatography(LC) is the substantial methods of detect analysis and hyphenated techniques chromatography(HTC) has founded new thoughts to studying the pharmacokinetics of TCM. The pharmacokinetics of TCM has already begun to take scale

but it is concentrate on study of single compounds of TCM. Future researches should focus on explore the metabolism process and function mechanism of traditional chinese prescription to seek better research approaches.
