摘要

目的: 用均匀设计优选半夏白术天麻汤的半仿生提取工艺。方法: 采用UL(91×33)均匀试验设计表

以天麻素、甘草次酸、HPLC总面积、总黄酮、相对分子质量≤1 000的提取物为指标综合评判

优选半夏白术天麻汤半仿生提取的工艺条件。结果: 3煎用水的pH依次为2.00

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the technology of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction by SBE with uniform design. Method: Using uniform design table UL(91×33)to optimize the technology conditions of Banxia baizhu tianma decoction by SBE with composite evaluate indexes of gastrodin
