目的: 研究肠激安提取物对大鼠D-木糖吸收和小鼠肠推进运动的影响。 方法: SD大鼠70只

ig给药7 d。通过测定血清D-木糖含量研究肠激安提取物对番泻叶1 g ·kg-1致泻大鼠D-木糖吸收的影响
以及通过测定炭末推进率研究肠激安提取物对新斯的明致小鼠肠推进亢进的影响和该药对阿托品致小鼠肠推进抑制的影响。 结果: 肠激安提取物高、中、低剂量组的血清D-木糖含量明显高于ig番泻叶模型组(P<0.05);炭末推进率均明显低于新斯的明致小鼠肠推进亢进组和阿托品致小鼠肠推进抑制组(P<0.01)。 结论: 肠激安提取物具有增强小肠吸收功能和抑制肠推进运动的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on D-xylose absorption in rats and intestine propelling movement in mice. Method: Seventy SD rats were randomized into 7 groups:control group

0.703 g ·kg-1). The treatments (ig) were lasted for 7 days. One hundred and fifty four NIH mice were randomized in the groups as the above mentioned. The model of intestine propelling movement was induced by atropine. The doses of Chang ji’an extract were 4.062

1.016 g ·kg-1accordingly. The treatments (ig) were also lasted for 7 days. D-xylose content in serum was determined to study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on D-xylose absorption in rats administered senna leaf
and charcoal-powder propelling rate was determined to study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on intestine propelling movement stimulated by neostigmine and that inhibited by atropine. Result: The D-xylose content of serum in high
medium and low dose groups was significantly higher than that content in model group(P<0.05);the charcoal powder propelling rate in high
medium and low dose groups was significantly lower than that rate in the two kinds of model groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Chang ji’an extract has effects on facilitating absorption of small intestine and inhibiting intestine propelling movement.
