流动相甲醇-0.04%磷酸水溶液(用三乙胺调pH 3.0)(45 ∶55)
检测波长360 nm
流速1.0 mL ·min-1。 结果: 芦丁和槲皮素的线性范围分别在0.23~1.84 μg和0.03~0.24 μg
回收率分别为98.19%
97.98%。RSD分别为1.49%
2.25%。 结论: 本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好
为新疆枸杞叶茶的质量控制提供了快速、准确的测定方法。
Abstract
Objective: To determine active constituents quercetin and rutin in tea of Lycium barbarum leaves by RP-HPLC. Method: Rutin and quercertin were separated on an Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with methanol-0.04% phosphoric acid (pH was adjusted to 3 with diethylamide) (45 ∶55) as mobile phases. The detecting wavelength was at 360 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: The linear ranges of rutin and quercertin were within 0.23-1.84 μg and 0.03-0.24 μg respectively. The recoveries were 98.19% and 97.98%
RSDs were 1.49% and 2.25% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple
accurate
and reliable
which provides the basis of a better development for the tea of L. barbarum in Xinjiang.
