摘要

目的: 建立抗菌消炎胶囊质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对处方中的百部、大黄进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定该制剂中黄芩苷含量。结果 :TLC鉴别分离度好

阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷与样品中其他组分分离效果较好

线性范围0.01 ~0.16 g ·L-1(r=0.999 9)

平均回收率为98.56%

RSD为1.01%(n=6)。结论 :建立的质量标准

简便易行

可用于抗菌消炎胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Kangjun Xiaoyan Capsule. Method :The identification of Radix stemonae and Radix et rhizome rhei were carried out by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result : The TLC spots were clear and separated well without interference of negative sample. The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0.01-0.16 g ·L-1

Y=43 887 599.5X-4 893.8 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.56% with RSD 1.01% (n=6). Condusion : The method is simple

rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Kangjun Xiaoyan Capsule.
