目的: 观察黄芩、黄连对牙龈紫质单胞菌、中间普氏菌以及核梭杆菌等3种厌氧菌的体外抑菌活性。 方法: 分别将黄芩、黄连2味中药制成水煎剂
参考CLSI2010以琼脂稀释法测定它们对3种厌氧菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。 结果: 黄芩、黄连对牙龈紫质单胞菌、中间普氏菌、核梭杆菌均具一定的体外抑菌活性
本研究显示黄连对中间普氏菌的体外抑菌活性最强
黄芩对3种厌氧菌均有抑制活性
但均较黄连弱。 结论: 黄芩、黄连对3种厌氧菌均有体外抑菌活性。以黄连对中间普氏菌的体外抑菌作用最强。

radix scutellariae had different level inhibitory activity in vitro on the bacteria strain mentioned above. And the coptidis rhizoma had the most intensive inhibitory on Provotella intermedia
the radix scutellariae has lower level inhibitory activity than the Coptidis Rhizoma. Conclusion: Rhizoma coptidis; radix scutellariae had different level inhibitory activity in vitro on bacteria.The effect of Radix Scutellariae on Provotella intermedia was the strongest.
