摘要

目的: 优选健肾片的提取工艺。方法: 考察黄芪的形状对黄芪甲苷提取率的影响

并采用正交试验法

以提取液中黄芪甲苷、淫羊藿苷的得率和干膏率为考察指标

考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素对提取结果的影响。结果: 最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水提取2次

每次1.5 h

黄芪药材炮制的形状为段长(5~10 mm)。结论: 该工艺合理可行

含量测定方法稳定可靠。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for Jianshen tablet. Method: The shape of Radix Astragalus was studied on the content of astragaloside Ⅳ and orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of water volume

extraction time and times on the content of icariin

astragaloside Ⅳ and solid. Result: The optimal extraction process was as follows: with 8 times of water extracted twice

each time for 1.5 h. The processing method of Radix Astragali was cutting for about 5-10 mm. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and feasible. The method of content determination is accurate and reliable.
