本文以荔枝核为原料,采用乙醇浸提和超声波辅助提取法对荔枝核中总皂甙进行提取试验的研究,以人参Rg1为标准品,采用香草醛-高氯酸比色法,并使用正交试验法进行工艺的优化设计。乙醇浸提法选用浸提时间、液固比、温度、乙醇浓度作为影响因素,超声波辅助提取法选超声波提取时间、液固比、乙醇浓度作为影响因素。 试验结果表明:乙醇浸提法提取皂甙的最佳工艺参数提取时间为3h,液固比22∶1,提取温度80℃,乙醇浓度70%,此条件下总皂甙含量为1.714%。超声波辅助提取皂甙的最佳工艺参数为提取时间50min,液固比22∶1,乙醇浓度70%,经验证,在此条件下荔枝核中总皂甙的提取率为1.818%。超声波辅助提取法的提取效果明显高于乙醇浸提法。

ethanol density 90%.the best ratio of extraction after extractant optimized with acid is 1.813%. The results showed that ultrasonic wave extraction was more efficient than the solvent extraction and shortened the extracting time largely.
