摘要

目的: 建立用HPLC-ELSD同时测定GSSM颗粒中酸枣仁皂苷A和人参皂苷Rb1的方法。方法: 采用HPLC-ELSD法

色谱柱SUPELCO Discovery C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-水

梯度洗脱

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

ELSD参数:漂移管温度104 ℃

载气流速2.8 mL ·min-1。结果: 该法加样回收率酸枣仁皂苷A为98.67%

人参皂苷Rb1为100.32%。结论: 结果准确

重现性好

可作为控制GSSM颗粒质量的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 in GSSM granules. Method: SUPELCO Discovery C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase in a gradient program at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detector drift tube temperature was set at 104 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 2.8 mL ·min-1. Result: The average recovery were 98.67% and 100.32% for jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible

and can be used for quality control of GSSM granules.
