Objective: To explore the effect of Yiqi Huayu Fang on tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α)
interleukin-1(IL-1)
6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α)
thromboxane B2(TXB2)in rats model of subinvolution of uterus. Method :Seventy-two SD female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group
model group
Chanfukang group and small-
middle-
large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group. The model of subinvolution of uterus was established for rats in the groups beside the blank one. All rats in each group were administered by intragastric infusion with corresponding drugs during day 1-7 after the model established. The contents of TNF-α
IL-1
6-K-PGF1α and TXB2 were respectively detected by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay(ELISA)
immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay(RIA). Result: Compared with blank group
the content of average gray level of IL-1 and TXB2 in model group decreased significantly(P<0.01) while other indexes in this group became higher(P<0.05
P<0.01). Compared with model group
other indexes in Chanfukang group changed significantly (P<0.05
P<0.01)except 6-K-PGF1 ; there had not obvious effects in small-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group; average gray level of IL-1 increased
while area density and TNF-α decreased in middle-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group
these changes were significant(P<0.05
P<0.01); All indexes in large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group changed apparently. Compared with Chanfukang group
large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group had a more remarkable effect on reducing 6-K-PGF1 level. Group comparison among small-
middle-
large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang
large-dose group could regulating PGI2/ TXA2 ratio better. Conclusion: Yiqi Huayu Fang has anti-inflammatory effect by reducing the content of TNF-α and IL-1;It can also adjust PGI2/TXA2 ratio to maintain dynamic equilibrium and to got hemostasis without blood stasis. Through these ways
Yiqi Huayu Fang plays a role in the treatment of subinvolution of uterus. Large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang had a significant curative effect.
