摘要

代谢组学是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低相对分子质量代谢产物进行定性、定量分析的一门新学科。该学科的应用跨越了生物技术和医药技术

具有广阔的发展前景。作者简要介绍了代谢组学的概况

概述了代谢组学在中医学、中药品种资源、药理毒理及临床等领域的应用情况

并对当前代谢组学研究中存在的问题及发展趋势进行探讨

提出了几点设想。

Abstract

Metabonomics

a new science and technology

was developed in mid 1990s. It refers to a holistic analytical approach to all the low molecular weight metabolites in an organism or cells. The application of the science across the biology and pharmaceutical technology has a vast potential for future development. This paper briefly introduces the general of metabonomics

the problems and future perspectives of metabolomics research are discussed and several ideas are also put forward.
