摘要

目的: 评价东北刺人参茎叶提取物对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法: 实验小鼠分为空白对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)模型组、东北刺人参茎叶提取物高、中、低剂量组(按生药量计为5.2

空白对照组与模型组给予等量生理盐水

连续给药7 d

观察东北刺人参茎叶提取物对实验动物免疫器官脏器指数、碳粒廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响。结果: 与模型组比较

东北刺人参茎叶提取物各剂量组均能显著提高小鼠免疫脏器指数、单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及小鼠DTH(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论: 东北刺人参茎叶提取物有提高免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effects of the extracts from stems and leaves of Oplopanax elatus on the immune functions of immune-suppressed mice by cyclophosphamide. Method: Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group
