Objective: To optimize the conditions for the percolation extraction processes of Xingnaoling granules. Method: The content of total anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizome and tanshinoneⅡA and the yield of dry ointment were used as indexes to select the optimal extraction processes with single factor test. Result: The optimal percolation extraction conditions are as follows: the medicinal herbs were crushed into coarse grains and soaked by two folds amount of 70% alcohol for 24 hours
collecting 6 folds of percolation fluid at a rate of 3.0 mL·min-1·kg-1. Conclusion: The optimal percolation extraction technology is efficient with high yields
and the results of verification experiment show that the technology is reproducible and stable.
