摘要

[摘要] 目的：优选祛风通络胶囊的提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，考察乙醇用量、回流次数、回流时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对提取工艺的影响，每个因素设计3个水平，以青藤碱转移率、干浸膏得率为考察指标，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱的含量，烘干法测定干浸膏得率。结果：最佳提取工艺为药材加8倍量70%乙醇

加热回流提取2次，每次2h。结论：经正交设计优选的祛风通络胶囊的提取工艺可行，可用于指导祛风通络胶囊的生产。

Abstract

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To study extracting technology of QuFengTongLuo capsule and provide reference datas for it's preparation in production. METHODS Optimizing etracting technology of QuFengTongLuo capsule was used by orthogonal experiment table L9(34) while the concentration of sinomenine and the dry extract as indexes. It was investigated four factors

alcohol concentration

alcohol volume

the number of extracting times

extracting time respectively. RESULTS The optimal extracting condition was as follows: extracting with 8-fold 70% alcohol for two times

two hours for each times. CONCLUSION The optimized condition is the best for the extracting of QuFengTongLuo capsule and this technology can be used to guide the production of it.
