摘要

目的: 优选复方辣椒碱巴布剂的基质处方。方法: 采用均匀设计方法

以黏着力为评价指标

筛选复方辣椒碱巴布剂基质中胶粘剂(聚丙烯酸钠/甲基纤维素)、赋形剂(明胶)、填充剂(高岭土)、软化剂(蓖麻油)、保湿剂(聚乙二醇400/甘油)的比例。结果: 巴布剂最优配比组成胶粘剂-赋形剂-填充剂-软化剂-保湿剂(8 ∶8 ∶4 ∶3 ∶5)。结论: 该基质具有良好的涂展性、保湿性且黏着力良好。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the matrix formulation of the complex capsaicin cataplasm. Method: The optimal proportion of matrix formulation was selected by uniform design. The adhesion strength was used as test parameters. And the optimal ratios of adhesive (polyacrylic acid sodium/methyl cellulose)

excipients (gelatin)

filler (kaolin)

softener (castor oil) and moisturizer (polyethylene glycol 400/glycerin) were acquired. Result: The matrix formulation of the complex capsaicin cataplasm was made with polyacrylic acid sodium/methyl cellulose-gelatin-kaolin-castor oil-polyethylene glycol 400/glycerin(8 ∶8 ∶4 ∶3 ∶5). Conclusion: With this optimal matrix prescription better quality cataplasm can be prepared.
