摘要

目的: 探讨细叶桉果实的体外抑菌作用及光谱的鉴别方法。方法 :采用连续稀释法对细叶桉果实不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验研究

并进行紫外-可见光谱的测定。结果 :细叶桉果实的不同溶剂提取物在体外对供试菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、腐生葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌)均有一定程度的抑制作用。经紫外-可见光谱扫描发现具有明显的特征吸收峰。结论 :细叶桉果实提取物具有明显的体外抑菌作用;紫外-可见光谱研究为药材鉴别提供了实验依据。

Abstract

Objective: To study the antibacterial activities of different solvent extracts of the fruits of Eucalyptus tereticornis and research identification methods by UV-VIS spectroscopy. Method : Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extracts was determined by dilution method. And UV-VIS spectroscopy was used for the determination to provide the basic data for the identification of this plant. Result : The antibacterial activity of the extracts was different to different microbes. Characteristic peaks in the UV-VIS spectrum were identified. Conclusion : Extracts of the fruits of E.tereticornis have good antibacterial activity in vitro. The results of UV-VIS spectrum test provide evidence for the plant identification.
