目的: 初步探讨儿童湿疹与特异性IgG抗体(sIgG)水平的相关性
评估忌食不耐受食物在治疗湿疹儿童中的作用。 方法: 2009年1~8月北京世纪坛医院变态反应科收治的2~14岁湿疹患儿68例
检测血液中的sIgG
初步比较儿童湿疹与sIgG水平的相关性。将患儿随机分为试验组和对照组
试验组31例
忌食检测sIgG阳性结果的食物
同时给予对症药物治疗。对照组31例
只使用药物治疗而不忌食不耐受食物。2个月后观察两组的治疗效果。 结果: 68例湿疹患儿血清特异性IgG阳性为62人
总阳性率为91.2%。2个月后试验组有效率87.1%
对照组有效率32.25%
两组之间具有明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。 结论: 儿童湿疹患者的体内sIgG阳性率较高
提示湿疹症状可能与食物不耐受有关。湿疹患儿忌食不耐受食物可以增强药物治疗的效果。
Objective: To discuss the relationship between child eczema and food-specific IgG antibodies(sIgG)
and to evaluate the effect of favoiding the intolerant food on the treatment of eczema. Method: Food-SIgG in blood serum of 68 children(aged rang 2-14 years)with eczema were examinated.All patients were randomly allocated into 2 group:cases-group and and controls-group
received avoiding the intolerant food plus pharmacotherapy(n=31)and pharmacotherapy alone(n=31)
respectively.The effect of two group was evaluated after 2 months. Result: Positive food-sIgG in serum was detected in 62 patients
with the positive percentage of 91.2%.The effective rate of cases group was 87.10% after the 2nd month
while 32.25% of controls group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Hight positive percentage of food-sIgG was found in patients suffering from eczema
indicating a possible correlation of eczema symptom and food-intolerance.Avoiding of intolerant food had an enhanced effect for pharmacotherapy to child eczema.
